Updating your Membership email - You can check your membership status, membership plan, update your password and view your renewal dates by visiting the ‘ My Account ’ area which is accessed from the top right hand side of website header and footer menu next to your user name.

Membership & Trial Cancellations – It’s free to cancel your membership or trial at any time. To cancel your membership or trial, please simply login to the website and visit the ‘ Subscriptions ’page, this can be found in the My Account area which is accessed from the top right hand side of website header next to your user name.  By cancelling your Premium membership you will reduce to our freemium membership and receive limited deals, service and offers.  You can unsubscribe at any time from any of our holiday deal alert newsletters or cancellation confirmation email.

Individual Holiday Requests – Please be advised we due to the high volume of members we are unable to assist with individual holiday deal requests. Please keep an eye on your holiday & hotel deal alerts for the best deals or browse the deals on the website as our team works on those daily.
